Awakening Once Again

Today was the day that I died a good death. A breakthrough sure why not call it that. In the midst of my suffering, the ego that is, the small self that we all feel attached to, I prayed for Grace, for peace and to remember who I Am. In the midst of my releasing the pain I created and create by identifying with the false self, a miracle occurred. The I dissolved into nothingness and the mind stopped. I remember both Eckhart Tolle and Gangaji saying the same thing basically, that when the pain gets to great in the pain body you can say STOP!!!!! And so I did. And my mind stopped and I was able to meet my-SELF once again. In this meeting of my-SELF I saw everything that has been happening in my life, all the drama, as not important, as perfect in it's opportunity to bring me to this place. I saw that what causes the suffering regarding anything that we may do is duality, judging something good or bad, right or wrong. I saw that it was my judging my particular situation as bad that was causing me all the tears and suffering of the pain body. In Truth it was a great blessing in that I am able to see how my judging my actions and those of another creates pain for me. Without the judgment the situation is neither good nor bad. It just is. So today I have dropped out of the game of duality, for this moment, I am blessed and in deep gratitude for everything that has occurred over the past 5 days in my life. I know that whether I have a job or a career or a new car are not essentially important to my being fulfilled or happy. This does not mean that I don't have a hunger to share more of who I am, more of my gifts with the world and specifically with women. It just means that whether I have these things or not I am still ok, my life is still fulfilling and I can be happy. In my awakening once again to the Truth of who I Am, I remember what is really of value, what is really important and that I can just relax all of my need to have it be different. We are all living at a time that is very tumultuous and perhaps even exciting. We may be feeling even more the uncertainty of our lives. We may be noticing that we really don't have control over everything that happens to us, in fact the paradox here is that we can only co-create our lives with All That Is, God and Goddess or whatever you choose to call the vast intelligence of the Yoniverse. We shape our lives by where we put our attention, what we think about and what we say or do. In this we are God/Goddess, but we also live in the mystery not knowing what will happen next. So it is a dance to learn how to live from both our knowingness of who we are and our surrendering to the unfolding of the mystery. This is our challenge for those of us who have chosen the path of awakening. It requires constant vigilance and our complete commitment to serve That Which Is, call it Love, God/Goddess or the Unified Field. I can only take each moment as it comes, be present to what is before me, and take a deep breath and relax into life. All the pushing, striving and longing to be different or have a different life will only bring you suffering if you do not accept and love all of who you are, and all of what you have created first. Then let it all go, surrender your entire life over to the Still Small Voice the Peace that is you and that you live in.

Having a Do Date with the Universe

I have just finished watching the movie The Shift with Wayne Dyer And I must say that in the beginning I thought, oh I know all this stuff already and almost changed the channel, but because I new that was only my ego speaking, I decided to ignore it and see what this movie’s message might be for me. So I opened and listened to what was being said and I received a wonderful reminder of the way of spirit and the Divine Play that we are all engaged in.

Wayne said that when we truly let go and give up the fight, the Universe does us. So whatever project you may be engaged in or whatever your life is bringing for you to deal with, the art of truly living as the God being that you are is to allow that essential aspect of you, the inner depth of your soul, to lift you and guide you without your needing to do anything as you the doer. The me, or I that dictates what you think is wanted or needed surrenders to the larger sense of what is already present, that infinite stillness and the you you have always thought was making all of the decisions in your life, surrenders, literally disappears in a sense. What remains is just knowing what is the next thing is needed or wanted and so you do that. In other words when you get yourself out of the way the Universe will show up for you in ways that you have always wanted it to show up, in support of your greater purpose.

We can each feel completely nourished and fulfilled in each moment that we allow ourselves to be used by the Divine in our offering service to anyone that we meet or see in any moment of our day.

I have a dear friend who does just that. We were at my god daughter’s birthday part the other day and when she returned from walking the dog, she asked our mutual friend, the mother of the birthday girl, what else she could do for her, she said, “ how can I be of service to you now”? When I heard that my first thought was wow, and then I thought, I wish I could feel that willing because there was a part of myself that just wanted to leave and not be there at all, but then I just decided to offer something I enjoyed doing and so I did. It turned out to be of some help and yes I felt good about having given something since my god daughter’s mother was definitely ready to go crazy with 10 kids needing all kinds of attention.

My point being that it is only through our willingness to help another, to give without thought of getting back, that the universe gives back to us, and does us. That term you know has often been used for getting our sexual rocks off, and so I thought it appropriate to use it as a wonderful way to describe how the universe will respond to us and give to us everything when we allow ourselves to just be aligned more with our essential self and less with our ego self. Then we allow life to live through us and do us rather than struggling to do life the way we (our ego-mind) wants to do them.

Loving Life as it Is

I recently had a teaching dream.

I do not remember much of its details, only the very end. But before I fully awoke I kept saying to myself the message of the last part of this dream. The message was about the precious gift that life is. How precious it is to actually have a body and be living life. That when we are born, we are not only choosing to be here, but we are being given the greatest gift we will ever have, the opportunity to live in a human form.

Most of us do not remember that when we were infants we were joyful, happy little beings. We took delight in everything we saw and heard. We giggled and laughed or screamed and cried. We were just living without any filters. There was no thought that separated us from our experience, no judgment about whatever we were experiencing. Life was just what the experience of each moment was for us. And so we were able to fully express our enjoyment of life.

For a long time now I have been praying to just be happy I am alive. Each morning I would awake and not always feel grateful for my life and whatever current life challenge I happened to be dealing with. I understood from reading and sitting with many enlightened and awakened beings that part of the awakening process is to just love and appreciate life itself, and your life in particular. And, no matter what your circumstances, to find joy in just breathing and feeling and using your senses. This all sounded very good to me, but it seemed to allude me as I knew I did not always love my life.

 In fact, I mostly would awake feeling trapped in it. And let me say that I have been on a spiritual path for over 30 years. So at this point in my process, you would think that I would have arrived at that point of being able to embrace life, enjoy all of it no matter what it was offering me. At least this is what I was thinking. So I continued to ask God to help me to learn how I could love being in a body, breathing in and out and to love being here.

So the message of my dream seemed to be trying to convey how important it was for me to get how precious this gift of being alive is. That in the flick of an eye it can be taken away. And so to learn to be able to really, deeply appreciate everything that is given to us, no matter how challenging it may be in the moment. To embrace all of what life has to offer with gusto. To cherish it all and give thanks for everything. To truly be in gratitude for whatever shows up and ask God’s grace to flow into you and your life.

I have a dear, dear friend who at this time is teaching me how to do this. She has been through so many challenges in her own life, and has consistently, in these past two years, shown me how to just give thanks for it all. She never waivers from thanking God/Goddess for everything she is going through or dealing with, no matter how big or small. She teaches me by example and shares with me how she wakes up each morning thanking God for being alive. This level of humility and love of life is what my own dream was teaching me. The brief part that I remembered was obviously the most important part for me. In a way, it answered my prayers, for it has inspired me to write this article to share what I have received, and to feel into the message that I have given to myself. So I am inviting you too, to take a moment, an hour, a day, to sit with whatever you may get from this message, to reflect upon your own love, or lack of love, of your life.

I know that being in the world at this time can be very challenging. We are in the midst of a huge transformation, leaving behind one way of living and thinking and moving into a new world that we are all co-creating. To meet this challenge we must first love the way it is right now, to embrace it and cherish it, to get how perfect it already is. And then, from that place of love and acceptance, we can create the new world that we have all been envisioning. I say this for myself as well, for I too need to be reminded to accept the world as it is, to really make peace with the larger world and with my own world. In order for me to meet my own personal challenges, I must embrace them and love them and give thanks for them.

And then go to Source and ask for assistance to give me the strength, courage, wisdom, ideas, whatever I need to take care of whatever it is I am dealing with. I need to remember to lift my vibration and to know that I no longer have to live in a reality less than what I want. To remember that I am a master of my own reality and have a choice in each moment how I respond to everything that is given to me. In that, I can find the deep gratitude for each thing that has come my way today and be truly thankful for this amazing opportunity to be here on EARTH at this time and to be living and breathing and feeling and growing and being a part of creating a New World.

We Are the New Adam and Eve - A New Year's Message

We are entering into a time that has been spoken of for thousands of years. This time has been called the Apocalypse, the New Age, the Golden Age and the End of the World. But for those of us who understand the message of the Mayas and of the indigenous peoples of the world we know this time to be one of new beginnings and endings.

The existing paradigm has been one that has for the most part kept humankind enslaved to the beliefs of scarcity and separation. The accumulation of wealth, property, and power has been the basic precepts that all people whether rich or poor have striven to acquire. But in this new world that we are now in the process of creating we see that these old values are no longer primary to the sustainability of life. We the people have finally risen to a higher awareness and state of consciousness as a planet that now is choosing to create a new paradigm that is based in love not fear, abundance for all not scarcity and unity amongst all the nations of the world not separation.

Those of us who call ourselves the “light workers” of the world, we are now beginning to fulfill our divine blueprint, as the way showers of this new world. We are the ones who have signed-up to assist in leading the people of the world in the greatest shift of values and priorities that the world has ever known. We are the new Adam and Eve re-creating heaven on earth now. “We are the seed of star born souls.”

As we begin to take the steps, to live into our vision and dreams and to commit in following our soul’s desires we do so with love and joy. As the leaders and co-creators of this new world we are not alone. There are thousands of Cultural Creatives” like us throughout the world. They join us as we courageously take our position in the face of enormous challenges, to take the action that will manifest the changes we know are necessary, in order for us to manifest this new paradigm and to begin to see it, feel it and live it each day.

My Decree to Myself

I am the promise of a better day,
I am the promise that will lead the way.
I am the solutions and the wisdom that I seek,
I am the answer to my prayers.
I am the love, the light and the hope of humanity,
I am the brilliance and it’s sanity.
I commit to take the actions that I can,
Remembering that I AM that I AM.

What it Means to be Self Realized at this Time

Perhaps you may have heard of the book Conversations With God by Neal Donald Walsh?

Well just recently I picked it up to read. I can't believe I never read this book when it first came out. The part I turned to, by just opening to a page in the book, was about Neal asking God about being on the spiritual path for 20 years and still struggling to survive. And I thought, "well this could be me." His questions were my questions still and very appropo.The conversation God was having was about what it means to be Self Realized.

I know that this term 'Self Realization' has been used for many years by those on a spiritual path. And those of us who have committed ourselves to that path have often believed that to be Self Realized would feel different than the way we ordinarily feel.I know that I didn’t know exactly what it would be like but I thought I had had tastes of it, during my meditation or even for days I would feel fully present and at peace inside, calm and still. But what God was telling Neal was that Self Realization is staying in the space of God each moment.That is to say that we re-identify again and again with who we really are rather than with the illusion of who we think we are in the midst of our story.

It used to be thought that when a person ‘woke up’ he/she would have a sudden awakening of some sort,a kundalini awakening, or the mind would suddenly just stop and silence would be all that was felt. This is not the case for those of us who have been the spiritual seekers of our generation. Today Self Realization is for the masses. It involves a consistent day-to-day, moment-to-moment remembrance of who you, me, we are.Then one moment becomes the next and the tnext until we notice that we are in the silence and it is in us. Today, we are here to evolve into Homo Spiritus and to become Homo Universalis,which is to live as spiritual beings in a human form, fully present and feeling our connection and to each other.That means awakening in each moment to our divinity and meeting each situation from that space, that God consciousness.

I know for myself that I have often thought that when I really awakened to my full God Self I would feel suddenly peaceful all the time or loving all the time. That I too would experience a sense of stillness all the time. That is not it. God realization is realizing your true identity each moment, remembering I AM, I AM, I AM. What this means is that we are already programmed to be God, to create as God creates, to love as God loves, to be all the qualities that God I AM is. No big bang for us or sudden shift in our awareness. It is a moment-to-moment process of our remembering who we are, in the midst of being physical, dealing with physical things like paying the bills or raising children or working on our careers. Self Realization is the process of realizing that you, me, we are the image and likeness of God over and over again in this human form and living as that, being that regardless of our circumstances. Our commitment to that is what carries us through the really difficult times that may arise in any moment. This is our commitment to remember who we are no matter what shows up. Even if we forget for awhile, we get back on track and tune in to that undeniable fact that we are living God/Goddess beings and this is our time to show up as that.

I am no different than anyone else. I am writing these words first for myself and to myself. Of course I hope that anyone who reads them will benefit from them in some way. But I write really to myself. I need to hear God speaking to me the same way God spoke to Neal. It is a never-ending journey, this business of awakening, and it is quite a ride.

A Call to Mastery (part II)

As a master I understand this outpouring of love in the face of crisis in Japan and elsewhere in the world as the new foundation, the basis of the new world we are creating. What has moved me the most in this past week has been how the Japanese themselves have responded to what has occurred. They are being calm, honorable and having hope for all to get better soon. They are not wavering as a nation. They are from a culture where honor means everything, so there is no looting or backlash of the government. They stand strong in the face of great challenges and so we all learn from them.

And even though we have been told that the levels of radiation that will hit the U.S. are low, we know that we still must prepare ourselves for future emergencies. To take the necessary physical precautions is as much being a master as doing the spiritual work. What has been written about for thousands of years is coming to pass and all of this is for the benefit of humankind. We must purge and be cleansed of what is no longer serving the whole in order to birth a new world. As the earthquakes and natural disasters occur remember that She, the Earth, is trying to wake us up, shake us up, and push us more or less out of the birth canal and into a new life and a new world. Those of us who have been on a spiritual path to awakening ourselves know this. And so we answer the call.



THINGS YOU CAN DO TO SPIRITUALLY PREPARE YOURSELF and STEP MORE INTO YOUR MASTERY

The first thing is to remember to spiritually prepare yourself. Just remember that there are many ways to do this and you will know what ways work best for you. To be spiritually prepared means that we take the necessary action and steps to become aligned with our I AM selves. Invoke your Mighty I AM Presence, by just declaring, “Mighty I AM Presence I call you into being! Merge with me on a vibrational level!” Ask the master teachers and loved ones that work with you to assist you as needed.

Give prayers invoking the Violet Flame for its power to transmute all karma and negative energies and call in the gold light of the I Am to awaken within all humanity. You must call forth the Violet Flame regularly so that you are constantly enfolded within the Violet Fire, there by returning all discordant energy to neutral Light Substance. You can also Invoke your Crystal Diamond Tube to seal you in a force field of perfect love and protection under your divine source, and activate your highest diamond potential. Give prayers for forgiveness for all whom you have wronged in your past lives so that nothing within you is a block to your path. Give a round of prayers to Archangel Michael, the angel of divine protection, to seal you, your family, your home and your friends in his blue flame.

Create Your I AM Template

This is an energetic road map into the next 2 years which commands the energies into a direction that serves the better good on all levels of your life.

1. This Template consists of an Eternal Circle. First, draw the large circle repeating the words: "I LIVE IN A PLACE OF HARMONY, PEACE AND PLENTY."

2. On the inside of your Circle place everything you plan on creating in the next 2 years. Be specific. Put all of your dreams, aspirations, desires, requirements, as well as what you want for the planet.

3. On the outside of the Circle write everything you are Choosing to Release. Release all that does not serve your highest good any longer. Be specific in those releases. Ask the Light/Angels/God to release what still pushes your buttons and pulls your strings. Release all anger and pettiness between you and others, anything that is sucking the light. Release all expectations you have of others.

Remember to:

* Live life each day as fully as you can. Be grateful that you have the opportunity to be on earth during this window of time to witness and experience some of creation's most trans formative moments

* Monitor your thoughts and keep in mind how powerful your feelings and thoughts are.

* Remember that there really are no accidents. Look for the higher purpose in things and your soul's lessons.

* Decide that you will see what is there. This means noticing how you feel, what you are thinking, and how you are responding to the happenstance of your world.

* Place your focus on what really matters. Stay on track with what matters throughout your day by learning to live as consciously as you can.

* Do what the universe is presenting to you as much as you can, rather than strategizing your life. Be in the not knowing.

* Relax, relax, relax and breathe into your life. Know that the Universe has your back.

I also recommend that you do a daily practice and cleanse your aura and chakras of any lower vibrations of energy. Be sure to cleanse your entire energy and physical body. There are many tools you may use daily for protection and to lift your vibrational frequency so that we can be attuned to the highest vibration we can.

The Power of Surrender

Recently I have been pondering the power of surrender. I have been contemplating this word and what it really means. There are many definitions and most have negative connotations. In our society this word has often been misunderstood. Yes, one might say the bad guys surrendered to the good guys, or in a war one side surrenders to the other. Our images usually are one of being weak or defeated when we have to surrender.

The dictionary defines surrender as: 1) to yield (something) to the possession or power of another; deliver up possession of on demand or under duress: to surrender the fort to the enemy; to surrender the stolen goods to the police. 2) to give (oneself) up to some influence, course, emotion, etc.: He surrendered himself to a life of hardship. 3) to give up, abandon, or relinquish (comfort, hope, etc. 4) to yield or resign (an office, privilege, etc.) in favor of another 5) to give oneself up, as into the power of another; submit or yield. It seems that this word used in these ways conjures up a less than positive experience.

But what if surrendering meant that you relaxed and gave up “the good fight” of trying to make it all happen, and you let go and surrendered into something that was greater than yourself, something that was unfathomable, all encompassing, love. Something that Quantum Physics now calls the Unified Field, that each of us is intricately a part of and yet we often feel separate from.

Living from a true tantric perspective gives us an opportunity to live fully present, fully meeting life, delving into the mystery and surrendering oneself to what truly is the fabric of life. Then the word surrender takes on a new meaning and becomes something that can actually free you from who you think you are.

Surrendering to your own SELF, that which is a part of the whole of life, that which is not separate from the Unified Field, that which trusts the mystery of life that is forever unfolding moment to moment. It is by surrendering into this unknown place that is you in your most expanded state of being, you as your most magnificent self, that you are in actuality, allowing the gap between who you really are and who you think you are to close. Sounds pretty esoteric but put simply you are not who you think you are, you are much more than just your body, mind and your emotions.

By surrendering into my own magnificent Self, I am able to just relax into life rather than striving and trying so hard to live life according to what my ego-mind tells me I have to do. This new way of being is one where I get to allow more of life to support me easily without effort. The more I surrender to who I really am, the more my life reflects this and miraculous things just seem to happen.
